Welcome! These Terms & Conditions are here to help workshops run smoothly for everyone. Hopefully there clear so you always know what to expect when booking.

1. Bookings

Your place is confirmed once payment has been received in full. Workshop spaces are small and tend to fill quickly, so booking early is recommended.

If you have any questions before signing up, I’m always happy to help.

2 Cancellation & Refund Policy

I you need to cancel, please let me know in writing (email is perfect). Refunds are offered according to the timeline below:

56 days or more before the workshop

You will receive a full refund of the course fee.

28–55 days before the workshop

You will receive a 50% refund.

8–27 days before the workshop

Refunds are not automatic.

If your place can be resold, I will refund your fee minus a £10 administration charge.

7 days or fewer before the workshop, including non-attendance

No refund — the full course fee will be retained.

If I ever need to cancel a workshop (e.g., due to illness, low numbers, or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

If exceptional personal circumstances arise (such as serious illness), please get in touch — I aim to be as understanding as possible, and any variation to the policy will be confirmed in writing.

3. Transfers & Substitutions

Can’t make it after all? You’re welcome to pass your place on to a friend at no extra cost — just email me their name before the workshop.

Transferring to a different workshop date may also be possible depending on availability.

4. Safety, Tools & Studio Environment

Workshops are relaxed and welcoming, but they do involve specialist printmaking tools. A safety introduction is provided at the beginning of each session, and I ask everyone to follow guidance so the environment stays safe and enjoyable.

All materials and equipment are provided.

Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting inky!

If you have any access needs, you’re warmly encouraged to contact me in advance.

5. Photography

I occasionally take photographs during workshops to share the creative atmosphere and the beautiful work participants create. These images may appear on my website or social channels.

If you’d prefer not to be photographed, please just tell me on the day.

6. Contact

If you have any questions about these Terms or need more information, please feel free to get in touch anytime.
